Pros
The wonderful people you get to work with. This company recruits immensely talented, enthusiastic and creative individuals... however, the toxic company culture inhibits anyone from truly thriving at frank green.
Cons
It is almost impossible to describe just how messy and dysfunctional the operations of this business are. Having fallen from grace as the 'It' product a few years ago, the company has shifted its focus to churning out new products in a bid to stay relevant. This has inevitably resulted in a reduction in product quality, and a plethora of issues in the head office and warehouse, as various teams scramble to work with deadlines to appease the CEO. (Hot tip, don't bother bending over backwards, it goes unappreciated) You can communicate concerns as much as you please however they will inevitably go unheard. The CEO is far too stubborn to be introspective and examine that their very actions foster an environment that perpetuates a laughable staff turnover rate.
