The Management Team and Operating Board are very supportive, and there’s a genuine focus on my personal and professional growth. I’ve been given the autonomy to experiment with new ideas while also receiving constructive feedback that helps me improve.
There’s a healthy emphasis on maintaining a good work-life balance, and the culture is inclusive and welcoming. This is done through the ability to work from home or office, and the many social and charity events held during work. There has been lots of progress recently around employee benefits which is really promising and shows that as the company grows, the benefits are being given back to the company and it's staff.
The projects I work on are diverse and challenging, which keeps my work exciting and allows me to constantly expand my skill set. I am given the ability to work on a range of tasks beyond what is expected within my Roles and Responsibilities in order to grow personally and professionally. I love how my work contributes directly to the company’s success, and seeing my work being implemented is truly fulfilling.

Nothing really, as already mentioned - parking due to company growth? Not too big of a deal as we are able to split work time between the office and home.
