* allows remote work * decent leadership, at least in the tech arena * nice bonuses, at least when the business is doing well
Cons
Lack of planning at the C-suite level. Their business model depended heavily on the mortgage refinance market, and when interest rates started going up their revenues evaporated. I think someone should have anticipated that interest rates wouldn't remain low forever.
