I experienced demeaning, disrespectful and hostile management who routinely gatekeep knowledge. Opportunities for advancement are virtually nonexistent, despite what is they might say, and the training provided is laughable. Lastly, they under compensated and did not pay out accrued benefits, which demonstrates leadership’s general lack of regard for individual well-being.
