Nice culture, friendly environment and very nice colleagues
Cons
The company doesn't innovate as fast as needed for a tech business, which leads to a lot of time and processes to launch anything. Everything is over-centralized in Switzerland and the US and management is not aware of how they need to adapt to new ways to approach the product if they want to keep in business. No space for growing except for sales.
