Uncapped earning potential continual training opportunities Unlimited resources to succeed This business is what you put into it. I was told upfront that I probably wouldn't make any money my first 3 months, that it would be a GRIND. They are honest with you on what it is going to take. If you are persistent and have the skill, you will succeed. I am 5 months in and already seeing the crazy earning potential this company can provide!

This is not a job for everyone. Don't like cold calling? Not for you. Not willing to put in extra time to get the ball rolling? Not for you. Can't hold yourself accountable and essentially run your own business? Not for you. I think having a sales/recruiting background or personality would be essential to succeed in this business structure.
