Pros

There are a ton of pros about gpac. I barely know where to start. Training is amazing. The team environment is phenomenal. You won't find a more transparent place to work. Pay is uncapped. They offer a draw because they care about your financial well-being even though it's a commission based job. They trust you to do your best. They understand no one is perfect and sometimes we all are going to make a mistake. There is so much flexibility, I don't like to miss work, I usually work late even on days I don't have to, but I have three small children and my own health and never once have I been questioned or faced a challenge when asking for time to go to appointments for myself or my kids. I don't have to miss my kids' school events anymore. I can work anywhere. Everyone is here to help and support you. They don't believe any question is dumb. You can expect a response even from CEO level leadership as a newbie and throughout your career.

Cons

Commission based. First 90 days are paid on an hourly average cost of living rate for your state (or until you make your first placement). BUT if you are doing your job you will make plenty of income. So, not really a con. It's kinda one of those "strengths as a weakness" statements.

Pros

All training and equipment provided Full internal support from all departments Uncapped earning potential Remote work Encouraging culture (not stuffy, cooperate feel) fun, high energy, supportive

Cons

It's tough. It takes a lot of internal drive and commitment. This isn't something for the weak, or those who throw in the towel with things get hard. A lot of cold outreach is required to build your desk and network - that alone isn't for everyone, especially those looking for an "easy" button.
