Pros
This isn't just another job, it's truly a career. It's not meant for everyone, but for those who have an internal drive, thick skin, and want to work hard day in and day out, it's perfect! The family owned aspect is one of my favorite things about Gpac. It's great because they are still very involved in the company and truly appreciate the work you put in. The draw structure is also great because you're allowed to make your own earning potential. You're paid for what you produce & you're able to get more flexibility within the role with the better you do. I wouldn't want to work for any other company. I've found my forever home! The only thing I'm sad about is that I didn't find this company sooner!
Cons
Some people don't like the draw structure but in the long run it's truly an amazing structure for anyone looking to make strong commissions. You have to get used to hearing "no" and moving on from that.
