Full access to recruiting tools as well as propriety company sites to find candidates through and database of company hiring authorities to cold call.

Very high turn-over. Only about 1/3 of my original team mates stuck it out through the whole 4 week training. The company doesn't give you the proper time to find candidates and build your database of the companies/hiring authorities in your assigned states. Heavy micro-managing. It's all about quantity and not quality. To meet their strict metrics, and things they require you to do each day, forces us to lie to both candidates and companies through false advertisement just to try to keep up with everything.
