Pros
You will get a good exposure in most of the cutting edge technologies. Experienced senior peoples are very helpful to freshers. You can learn a lot from them. You may get opportunities to involve in complete SDLC, also you get chance to interact with clients. So it helps to understand how real software environment works.
Cons
Stressful, less work-life balance (long day working hours - mostly more than 10 hours) Low pay very slow career advancement (Need more than two years to reach next level from associate title)
