After the big sexual harassment scandal Happn still hasn't figured out how to make a good working environment. Prepare to be discriminated on base of the language you use and forget about personal growth. The company has no vision for growth and doesn't care about the employees. There are a few ambitious people, who do most of the work and a lot of overtime, but the majority doesn't contribute much, other that spending hours on pointless meetings. Things are very chaotic and disorganised and the management blames the non-french speaking employees for its communication problems. This is not a modern company, that employs agile management - they say they do, but in reality it's all words and work is extremely inefficient and ineffective. I would not recommend this company to anyone
