      Pros

      The leadership team has a clear plan for the future. I praise them for quickly changing our goals to keep the company strong. The team is full of smart, hard-working people. Salaries are higher than average, the benefits exceptional and the company has always allowed flexible and hybrid work options.

      Great people to work with

      Cons

      Leadership, career growth opportunities, company direction are all non existent. Loyalty no longer matters and you're just a number to them. Layoffs are plentiful if you like those.
