Pros
Good benefits, 25 days of PTO and they pay for a portion of your health insurance, but the health insurance sucks to be fair. The people are great too and you will learn a lot in a short amount of time if you apply yourself.
Cons
The micromanagement is really bad here and really affects employee’s confidence. They also put people on PIPs like crazy as a scare tactic, and have fired people for invalid reasons. They say they prioritize work-life balance but you’ll be working a lot of late nights, early mornings, and sometimes even weekends. It feels like they squeeze everything out of their employees until they reach a breaking point. They’re not receptive to feedback, so there’s been a lot of turnover recently. They also “yes man” clients and are not good at managing client expectations. There’s also favoritism and the workload across teams and employees really proves this.
