Cons
Was blatantly lied to from the get-go - that the contract was for 6 months (while all along the contract between hyrUP and the company was for 4 months) - an important detail NEVER communicated to with me!
They lied that the role was "contract to hire," and this was simply the way the company hired people. Turns out this only happened ONCE before in the company's hiring process. The actual signed "contract" for 6 months was completely non-binding, they did not even help me find other work for the remaining 2 months they OWED me. Was nothing more than words on a page. They got their commission, and they were done with me and could care less. All lies just to get me in the position and earn them their commission.
Forced to go on unemployment 2 months earlier than I had anticipated thanks to them. Unscrupulous and evil in my opinion. Absolute and utter disregard for their candidates. Not even sure how they live with themselves.
