      Pros

      The only positive was remote work flexibility, which made work-life balance a bit easier.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional and irritating HR team. Two-month notice period is unnecessarily long. HR creates a toxic environment and does not handle exit formalities properly. Relieving letters and PF updates are delayed or ignored, causing stress to employees.

      Senior developers lack the necessary knowledge, and the office is located in a noisy and traffic-heavy area. The office space is not well-suited for productivity, and the toxic work environment, characterised by arrogant developers and a lack of a pantry area, makes it unsuitable for freshers. Additionally, the salary is relatively low. No learning for freshers, and no future growth.
