      For me, it was my first time working with a foreign client.

      Cons

      When I joined the organization I was not told that a job is contract based. The senior managers especially the behavior of the CTO with all the team members were not ethically professional.

      Pros

      Excellent atmosphere and team. Incredible new office and location. Very fun projects and assignments. Encouraging learning and self development. Extremely understanding management. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      I believe there is not much wrong with working at I-ways. It's a fresh company and some glitches are totally expected, none of those had any long term impact or should be mentioned.
