Pros

The team is made up of great people who contribute to a positive and collaborative culture. It's the kind of environment that makes you genuinely look forward to going to work every day. There is autonomy given in managing day-to-day responsibilities. Additionally, there’s a strong alignment of vision and goals across the company, which keeps everyone focused and motivated.

Cons

Like any growing company, there are some growing pains. Processes are still being refined, but it’s clear the company is committed to improving and evolving.

Pros

The employees (for the most part) are good people, but the higher up the chain you go, the worst the quality of the people get which is a HUGE part of the problem.

Cons

Where to start... The company has a bad reputation in the industry and the WORST turnover rate I have ever seen. The only shot they have at hiring project managers is either by hiring project managers from other industries and SAYING they will train them (but don't) or by hiring out of state people who are oblivious of their poor reputation and high turnover rate...seriously, it's comedic how much of a revolving door this place is. They have no qualms terminating people for absolutely no documentable reasons and will not tell you what you have done wrong or what you might need to do in order to succeed in your role. Instead, they choose to not give employee reviews or any constructive feedback and just terminate people. They have no training in place to support these new hires that are new to the industry (despite being a BICSI ATF) so the project managers they hire lack any technical industry knowledge. The field staff isn't competent enough to bolster the PMs lack of technical knowledge either. The company makes A LOT of promises offering the sun, moon and stars, but they have no follow through or integrity. Their business strategy is flighty and changes with the wind due to the CEO who demands instant gratification. There's a lot of office politics and a lot of people at the highest levels of the company who can talk a good game, but couldn't punch their way out of a paper sack. The health insurance is garbage despite how they try to hype it up.
