Pros

The company provides an excellent environment for freshers, offering a structured industrial experience that helps them understand the workings of a software company. As the name suggests, it encourages employees to exceed their learning boundaries and continuously enhance their knowledge and skills. It is a great organization to work with, providing ample opportunities for professional growth and learning. Additionally, the office infrastructure, architecture, and overall aesthetics are impressive and create a pleasant working atmosphere.

Cons

The initial learning curve can be challenging for freshers as there is a lot to learn in a short period. But, no major concerns during my internship. The experience was overall positive and provided valuable learning opportunities.
