there are none whatsoever. worst company i ever worked at.

heavy workload, they expect you to pick up the slack for their lack of staff, micromanagement 101, low pay but very high demands. schedules are hectic even when they promise the opposite. there is no incentive to work hard but they force you to climb up their ladder or else they give you the boot. your agents should earn at least 25$ per hour, the dispatchers even more. birthday 'gifts' are an insult. not enough vacation and no pto.

friendly coworkers, trainers and management

terrible schedule, pay doesn't match workload and responsibility level, poor staff retention causes employees to pick up the slack without any incentive. Mid-sized company managed as if it was 2-3 siblings running their own business...
