Pros

I can’t even think of any.

Cons

It is so obvious that the review from 2019 was written by the CEO. Who does he think he’s fooling? As mentioned in previous reviews, there is a lot of shady stuff going on there. They micromanage constantly. I have a chronic condition that requires me to go to the bathroom often and management sat me in their office and questioned me about it. It was humiliating. They constantly make you work weekends even when they promise you will work every other one. When you point that out to them, they’ll say they’re short staffed so that’s why they need you to work every weekend. When I found another job, they treated me like dirt. Let me go a day before my last day and didn’t bother to inform the shift supervisor that I wouldn’t show up. That just tells me about their so-called ethics. They have a weird rule that the last paycheque is not direct deposit. It is literally the only place that does this. Almost to make you feel bad for leaving them. They are racist. They prohibit people from wearing hoodies because it looks “ghetto” or “thuggish” (that’s the actual wording they use). Their union is a joke. I now have a unionized position at the government and not only do they pay me like I should be, but it’s a real union fighting for workers so work conditions aren’t abysmal like they are at i24. They are constantly looking for people because they treat their employees like children. For a business that’s been around for 50 years, they should know better.

Pros

there are none whatsoever. worst company i ever worked at.

Cons

heavy workload, they expect you to pick up the slack for their lack of staff, micromanagement 101, low pay but very high demands. schedules are hectic even when they promise the opposite. there is no incentive to work hard but they force you to climb up their ladder or else they give you the boot. your agents should earn at least 25$ per hour, the dispatchers even more. birthday 'gifts' are an insult. not enough vacation and no pto.
