Majority of staff are lovely, great local connections, good benefits — genuinely love the job and love learning more about the sector.
Cons
Constant understaffing and ignorance of certain teams. QA is so strict it’s easy to get frustrated and burnt out by trying to give good customer service while meeting all the marks they deem necessary. Massive level of disconnect between people making decisions and those who have to deal with those decisions.
Absolutely nothing positives comes to mind. Just a revolving door
Cons
The pay, workload and culture are all what make this an awful place to work. There's a reason why they are constantly recruiting not just for entry level roles, but also leadership roles.
