Pros

I had a terrible experience with this company. After the interview, they rushed me into joining without giving me any time to consider. I relocated from Kerala to Bangalore specifically for this job, only to be terminated without any reason or discussion shortly after joining. I received a termination email out of the blue from the management. This company has a concerning pattern of terminating employees during their probation period or within days of joining. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before accepting the offer, but I strongly advise other job seekers to steer clear of this company.

Cons

Nothing to mention. All are cons and negative

Pros

It’s been almost a year working at i2global, and my experience has been really positive so far. The work environment is very supportive, and the team is always encouraging and helpful. One thing I truly appreciate is the work-life balance the company maintains along with the opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The salary structure is good, and the company also stays committed to the hikes and growth opportunities promised to employees. Happy to be part of an organization that values both employee growth and a positive workplace culture.

Pros

Salary wise better , they will fire you suddenly

Cons

If you’re looking for a workplace with zero basic knowledge, zero management, and maximum chaos, congratulations — you’ve found the perfect match. The company operates on a very unique model: no one knows anything, but everyone pretends they do. Decisions appear magically from thin air, and logic clearly took a permanent vacation. The best part? The moment they decide they want you gone, a mysterious parade of people suddenly appears out of nowhere to speak badly about you. It’s almost like watching a poorly written drama series — except you’re the main character and you didn’t sign up for the role. They’ll target you consistently until you finally “voluntarily” put down your papers. Psychological pressure is their favorite productivity tool. If you ever want to learn what a company should absolutely never do, just spend a few months here. It’s the fastest way to level up your patience, sarcasm, and ability to survive nonsense
