Pros

Products have potential. Office is a nice space. Free building gym access for FT employees Benefits are 100% paid by company (but you have a $4500 deductible before they kick in at 80/20)

Cons

Senior management hires their kids, shows favoritism employees that are also roommates and romantic partners over people doing the hard work. Diversity is a throwback to the 1900's tech companies - mostly men in their echo chamber.

Great culture, good pay, good benefits, good leadership, etc.

i2M is a spin-off of Mann & Hummel, there's a good side and a bad side to this...
