Not to much. It’s a great place

i2Systems prides itself on innovation and hard work. If you put in the time and effort, you will be rewarded based upon that. i2 is a flat organization, meaning that your ideas do not get stifled in the red tape that you would find at a big company. In addition to that, the President of the company is always open to new ideas and firmly believes that the best idea wins. This has been very rewarding to myself as well as many other employees in terms of advancement and opportunity. i2 also has a great employee atmosphere - the team is constantly engaging in activities to promote health & wellness (i2 fitness challenge, i2 Garden Club, Litchfield Bike Tour, Community 5Ks, etc.) as well as helping the community throughout various activities such as the Thanksgiving Food Drive benefiting the Morris foodbank.

The only downside to i2 would be if you are not a self starter. In some roles, you need to be able to take the initial direction given and run with it yourself. If you find yourself needing constant direction and firm corporate structure you may find yourself overwhelmed with the fast pace everchanging environment. You definitely need to be able to adapt and change gears or this could be frustrating at times.
