i3works may be a small company but they are growing quickly, several people have been recognised and promoted in the past few months. I've have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects. When I've done well, Ive received a personal call from the CEO and Operations Manager to thank me and it's been followed up with a small bonus. Team spirit is very strong and you get a good feeling that everyone has a positive attitude and wants us to succeed.
