Good for the people who comes from textile background
Cons
* No proper working environment.
* They dont work in an organized way.
* No incentives provided even though if we work for extra hours.
* We cant expect the salary ontime.
Not at all recommended. Small company with un-eithical values, salary delay+not paid , no expenses you can claim, lot of conflicts with customers, mis management, they dont pay your pf deductions, they dont follow any govt laws or norms as well.
