Able to build great relationships with coworkers and customers.
Cons
Company is 1099 and 100% commission. This isn't necessarily a negative, but money was nearly impossible to make. Most orders were canceled by customers which meant that the time spent on making sale was in vain. No bonuses were given, and "team nights and crew nights" were implied as mandatory, which meant that most nights you'd be working more than 12 hours.
