We understand the challenges of customer-driven product design and the impact on timelines. We're actively working to balance customer needs with sustainable development schedules.
Your observations on team spread, frequent changes, and communication gaps are noted. We're committed to streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration, which is essential for any dynamic and fast-growing technology company.
Your feedback on hiring practices, headcount changes, and company culture is also valuable and something that we were aware of. We’re therefore been working hard in recent months towards increased transparency, talent retention, and fostering a highly positive culture. We think if you were still working with us you would have seen a strong, positive shift in the last few months following recent changes that have been made. For example, we’ve just held a very successful in-person Company event, with a great guest speaker, as well as making some significant changes and commitments to our benefit and employee incentive structure, all of which have been received very positively.
We acknowledge your comments about the amount of available resources and will be building headcount in the next 6 months in the areas that need it the most. We absolutely recognise that people are vital to the future of our business and will be doing all we can to support resource and engagement initiatives into the future.
