The company had a history of supporting nonprofits, might not be the case today. There is an effort to show the company is into nonprofits but this is a little misleading

If you are personally liked and feed the egos of management, you will succeed. If you care about your career and put in the work, that is not enough. If you bring good ideas, questions or suggestions for improvement, you will be shut down or your ideas will be taken along with the credit. The lack of accountability and basic human resource considerations is shocking. Management is a pro at manipulation and prefer to promote employees who can affirm their narrative.

Small family-like company. Great leadership team. Fabulous staff - especially at customer care and marketing.

Very stressful at times. Too many captains steering boat. Parent company tend to be pompous at times.
