I truly enjoyed my work at QA, appreciated my team, and was passionate about the projects we tackled. However, the company suffers from poor management, which negatively impacts the entire organization.
Cons
There's a strong culture of blame, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is challenging, and company-wide communication is severely lacking. I often felt like a third of my time was wasted due to disorganization, as tasks were frequently not ready to begin, progress, or be completed efficiently.
