Pros
1. Everyone is very approachable. 2. Instead of only pointing at your mistake, they tell you how to correct and not to repeat it. 3. Apart from regular work, you get lessons about general topics in life. 4. Very friendly environment.
Cons
I guess that's how startups work- no time defined for entry and exit (which is most of the times good for me).
