1) For Fresher its very good company to learn more about IOT and insides of Microcontroller. 2) Company will give you many opportunity to learn a New things and Managers are also supportive. 3) For fresher developer, its good place to work for 3 year and boost his knowledge. 4) Company will give you many opportunities to learn and implement your own ideas in project.. 5) Company Increments the salary very good.

1) They don't have extra benefits like PF, Medical, PPF, like anything. 2) Company is expecting employee to be in office for 3 year. (Minimum Service Period) 3) Company will FIRE people if Owner doesn't like the employees behavior and then they will not give any documents. 4) Company is only giving relieving letter, Not Experience Letter. 5) Company will impose any rule without asking to any employee. 6) If you damage any hardware you have to pay for the hardware Cost. 7) There is no any awards or recognition by organization, or Not having any dine out.

> They will fire you, and won't give you any documents when you will tell them that you want to resign. They do this so other's don't try to leave. If you do not belive me, ask them during your interview "Have you ever fired people after he expressed he wants to resign?" > Even though they are IoT based, they use outdated technology. > Hikes are very bad. Every other company gives hikes in terms of percentage but Ibot won't. Hike happen annually and the amount is poor - 2000-5000 rupees per year. > No respect for employees.
