Pros

Easy work that a monkey could likely do and it's better to employed than not. So, there's that.

Cons

No benefits, No set hours, Minimal breaks, Usually no lunch break even at full-time, Work with questionable companies -- some of which are a sex-store, a discount program scam, an umbrella company with 4-5 names within that charges sometimes 10 times retail price for dvds, blu-rays and cds, and a number of other companies that over-charge and/or are scams. Very catty, rumor-filled environment.

Pros

Management is very easy to work for. They are helpful if you need time off and make everyone feel great to be a part of the company!

Cons

Wish it paid more per hour.

Cons

Pay is low, they shame people in DEPARTMENT EMAILS instead of 1x1 feedback, and are nowhere to be found if leadership support is necessary While on phones.
