iCoStore has given me the opportunity to grow in my career as well as in my personal life. As an employee, you get great benefits, a true work-life balance, and a work environment that is both positive and supportive. I value having autonomy in my job and not being micromanaged. My managers and coworkers are all lovely and kind as is our business owner. The team here truly welcomes people from all backgrounds and provides equal opportunities to succeed. I feel comfortable being myself and appreciate being treated like a human. iCoStore thrives in providing respect, flexibility, autonomy, and compassion to its employees.

I personally don't have any. iCoStore has been the only place I actually enjoy working at.

Autonomy in doing my job, flexibility gives great work-life balance, my position is work from home which saves time and gas, great coworkers, fun work culture, and I enjoy the creativity that I get to use with my job.

It would be nice to hit the bonus structure more often. Some of the factors are outside of our control so it affects what we can do to make up the gap.
