Pros

Near a nice beach, regular lunches, most of the staff I worked with were wonderful people.

Cons

I interviewed for a position in Jupiter. It was not in Jupiter. I was ambushed at the end of a Friday and had my job threatened about asinine things like using big words (like 'arbitrary'), not enjoying getting shouted at (by denying they had ever done it), getting food from the break room to snack on while I worked at a desk (second lunches, they were called), and - my favorite - the absurd conclusion that a nickname I gave someone in reference to their function as the owner's eyes and ears - "Eyes" & "Ears" - was an attempt at making fun of their appearance. The owner routinely shouted at/over people for no reason, or interrupted them - she had no interest in letting those she wrongly accused of anything defend themselves. Ever. The owner literally told the same individual - 'Eyes' - that the only way anyone would listen to/respect her is if the individual made others fear her. This should tell you everything you need to know.
