      Pros

      nothing much to say about the pros as they never care after onboarding the employee on-site

      Cons

      Overloaded work. Politics. Negative work-life balance. Join if you're single or maybe behind onsite opportunity. They don't provide salary on time, every month need to ask them when it will be credited. When you want to change the job they will provide false promises and they don't give NOC or relieving letter. All they care is about monthly billing, they don't even provide the insurance and epf where in it is mandatory for everyone

      Hi user, company is transparent with its communication. Salaries are paid on time monthly. If there are issues with payment, please feel free to let us know your details to look into the matter at helpdesk@icrest.com.my. Insurance is usually given to all staffs when they are engaged for both full time and contract. If you have settled all dues with company, tax department and fulfilled the obligation before leaving if any, relieving letter is given by the company without issues.       Pros

      - There was one time the payroll missed my pay which I need to contact the HR, but after that the salary always been paid on time, at the end of the month. Sometimes it can be earlier if there is festive (if someone request) - There is insurance for outpatient medical. So, no need to claim; but you need to pay certain amount - The system for timesheet is nice and better than other companies. Timesheet doesn’t become the hassle here

      - Do not have many projects in hand - The contract is not long
