Pros
TeleOffice, their flagship product, is a competitive piece of software which achieves some cutting edge solutions in the web meeting market. The people working on the product are talented and quite capable.
Cons
The business has never been profitable which has caused the owners to sacrifice vision and anything else which is "unnecessary". They have to answer Sharp (to whom they are a subsidiary) which has a stiffening effect on corporate culture and investment decisions.
