      You may develop the ability to work under pressure, as the founder expects you to be active from 6 AM until late hours on your mobile device, mirroring their own schedule. Additionally, employees are expected to remain available outside of office hours with all necessary resources.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, no hierarchy, zero ethics, and the company is unregistered; former employees have sued them.

      Colleagues. Rest I can't think of any.

      Cons

      Countless - CEO is too nosy - No worklife balance - You are expected to give your 24*7 hours for the company in ittu si salary - Scamming their clients - Company does not even buys tissue paper for toilet, and says "Ye to employees apna khud ka leke aate hain" - Company can't see any of the employees chilling for a bit
