Pros
iEnergizer is a great organization providing employment to thousands of people and also the environment is very good and supportive depending on the process. The entire organisation looks like a campus which comes with a lot of greenery.
Cons
The salary date should be end of the every month but they provide salary at 7th of every single month, no perks on holidays, if we are working on Diwali or Holi there will be no gifts or extra pay, they only provide double pay, which can be earn easily by doing overtime, so basically no extra perk on holidays.
