Pros

Work from home is available

Cons

1. New rules everyday that will eventually end up on deducting your salary 2. You are not asked to but have to work extra hours. Director usually calls after work hours and talks for about an hour. 3. No team spirit. Everyone there tries to uplift your flaws and small mistakes are also made noticeable so director will shout at you literally. 4. They say they give a chance of payment rise through assessment every 4 months but the targets given for assessment is next to impossible to complete 5. Micromanagement is done. A timetable is given in which you should done specific task at specific time. Even if we say certain task is more important, they will force you to do it in specific time only. No freedom to decide task priority. And then they will scold for not completing the task in desired time. 6. Most people work for sales. If you want to join, please join in hardware sales. Hardware has decent sales but softwares have zero sales. If you join for software sales, you will end up in getting scolded for bringing no sales. 7. There is a system they have in which you have to give details of your whole day work minute by minute. You have to fill up the time sheet for whole 8 hours what tasks did you do today. Even calls have to be mentioned. They can question why did you spend this much time on this task. Based on this time sheet, they deduct salary. When I was working, in one month 15000 from my salary was deducted for such small reasons. MOST IMPORTANT THEY WILL MAKE YOU SIGN A THREE YEARS BOND.
