No significant CEO leadership or involvement in day-to-day. Beware ex-wife dictates business on his absence and they don’t tell you that during the interview. Not compliant, no consistency, no job descriptions, no expectations, or structure. It’s Kathy’s way or the “K way” or the highway with no advance warning. She will cite you are not a good fit but the reality is she isn’t a good fit. She’s toxic and has hurt the business from an HR perspective. If you are HR this place is not for you. Work environment often too casual and unprofessional, 6 holidays only, Kathy has removed all companies efforts to build up culture, recognition and morale and from an HR perspective she will treat you like her admin and not a professional who actually knows what you are doing and she doesn’t. The nepotism is rampant.
