      Truely No pros as such

      Cons

      Political environment, HR knows only to represent company and not care about employees, Arrogant HRs, not at all a good place to work, People have lot of knowledge in all the fields except their specialization and advice over other's work but wont do their own

      Pros

      No such thing exist here.I will not add anything just to complete 20 word limit.

      Cons

      Huge employee attrition rate. Company is after cutting the cost only but no such thing like improving the revenue. Management don't understand your needs or they just want the work from you.They do not care about employees .Dont join at any cost.
