Pros
The review is respectful yet firm, highlighting the key issues I faced as an exemplary and bilingual employee.
Cons
I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at iGrad/Aztec. As a bilingual professional (Bachelor's degree in Spanish), I was excited to contribute my skills to the team. Nevertheless, I rapidly realized that iGrad/Aztec was taking advantage of the language skills without proper compensation. Despite being promised fair treatment and compensation for my bilingual skills, I was never compesatinged adequately. I was often asked to handle additional tasks and responsibilities due to my bilingual abilities , yet there was no acknowledgement or financial reward for extra work I was doing. Furthermore, the treatment I received was far from professional. I was more than often treated poorly by management (cried numerous times) with little respect for my contributions and hard work. My concerns were dimisssed and I felt undervalued as female employee. The lack of support (after 7 years of hard work) and appreciation made it a toxic work environment. I strongly believe no one should endure such negative treatment, especially when they are bringing hard work and valuable skills. Hopefully the company reconsiders how they treat their female and minority employees; particurlary those who bring bilingual capabilities, and ensures that they're treated fairly. Unfortnately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with or for iGrad/Aztec. Please love yourself and DO NOT WORK HERE.
