Best in class audio products with broadcast and podcast, household name, excellent digital offerings with decent attribution.
Cons
Too much "shiny object syndrome" leading to too much growth too quickly, projects are never fully "fleshed out" most things are "half baked" at best. The company neglects to invest in employees growth and understanding of products, systems, and how to navigate the enterprise. Leads to a revolving door of talent. Horrific pay structure in sales, with little to no room for growth, in other roles, there is much talk of pay increases, but seldom follow through. Local leadership is incompetent at best, and cannot/will not help you succeed. Corporate hierarchy is difficult to navigate unless you are able to find a "sponsor" to boost you along the way.
