Pros

My coworkers, who are equally as miserable but stuck, are very nice.

Cons

This company will NEVER give you a raise or cost of living increase. You will watch every other department be given tons of perks, services, etc from clients and upper management but you will NEVER receive anything above your base pay. Cost of living goes up, your pay NEVER will. It has been 10 years since my last raise, I've asked and been told no. What they do give you is more and more work as they love to fire people and not fill those positions, they just spread the work around to the remaining miserable shlubs. I'm doing the job of about 7 people and getting paid exactly what I was in 2013. You will live in constant fear of losing your job and be abused by the sales staff and sales management, no joke, ABUSE. The entire environment is toxic and negative, no one (besides sales since they rule all things) is happy and everyone is treated like absolute garbage. Bob and Rich don't seem to care either, they send out emails singing the praises of the company and "how well we're doing", then why have we been denied raises or even cost of living increases for over a decade???? Cost of living is considerable more and we're all struggling, we don't care about how great we're doing *for you and your bank accounts.

Pros

The team is very straightforward and helpful and they are willing to give you whatever tools necesary to win. One of the best teams I have ever worked with to be honestly.

Cons

Not many but you need to be flexible with hours as this is production work but that is industry standard.

Pros

The company had really good happy hours and events to attend. Food almost everyday.

Cons

Awful management team. Everyone will plot against you if they see potential. Very political culture and one boss there is a weak male figure in the office. If he doesn’t like you all the other managers follow suit. Mind you he has no power at all yet managers at his same level report to him. Must be experienced to work there really come in with a book of business with accounts that have lots of money because that’s all they care about. They will use and abuse you then cast you to the side make sure you have a second job to lean on. Frequent layoffs no managers of color either. Lots of red flags in the begging do not ignore them.
