7yLet me start by thanking you for your honest and direct feedback. Even though you're no longer with iHerb, you took the time to share an opinion and we appreciate it.
It's true, we offer snacks and paid time off to team members, and our team members are a great community of friendly and productive people!
All of our team members are hired through iHerb's recruiting processes, and we strive to promote a fair workplace - through performance, through pay, through benefits, through work assignments - for our team members at iHerb. We respectfully disagree that iHerb tolerates "nepotism [or] slavery".
