HUGE turnover rate Backwards Management Pitting of employees against each other On-call 24/7 Not allowed to socialize with other employees at any capacity Recent pay cuts throughout the company Expected to live and breath the company HR is non-existent so good luck with that CEO and co-owner (wife) do no communicate bringing any issues down on the employees CEO's wife is a nightmare (don't be fooled by that Honey, Darling, Dear) Only one person has job security here and flaunts it through attitude and boasting to others Prepare to be thrown under the bus...it's not if, it's when!
