1. Many university graduates with zero work experience outside iLabs. 2, Year end party is done in a grand way to give the appearance to outsiders that its a great place to join and work
Cons
1. One track minded management team 2. No respect for personal time and work-life balance 3. Very sketchy employment and employment termination practices 4. Management encourages and supports toxic behaviors like secretly videoing employees, penalizing and scolding for taking their lunch or tea break totaling to no more than 30 minutes a day, baseless accusations and frequent threats of employment termination. 5. Owner expects new ideas for business improvement but puts zero effort to understand the idea and shuts it down as its beyond his comprehension. 6. The blame for company failure to grow is passed onto employees despite his unilateral decision to keep operations the same without any consideration for employee's ideas. 6. Scolds employees in very unethical ways and foul language. 7. Penalizes an employee who takes leave with supervisor's approval when his father is in hospital after an accident and and says its a BS excuse. 8. Appraisals are completely based of favoritism and not actual achievements and no justification is given nor are any such questions entertained. 9. No job entry training is given & performance or career development support is given. 10. No job security. Once you put everything in place you are pushed to resign so they can continue with cheap labour. 11. Career dead-end
