Pros

Nothing much... Salary will be credited on time, but working here is a pain in the back

Cons

Two points from NDA to be signed: 1) The work experience and software knowledge of the "Employee" at the time of recruitment by "iLink" is not sufficient for him/her to perform at full efficiency the job for which he/she has been recruited by "iLink". In order to make the employee fit, capable, trained, efficient and qualified to handle the project undertaken by "iLink" the company has been periodically engaging the services of experts. 2) The company may also postpone the acceptance of or even reject the letter of resignation submitted by "The Employee". The decision of "iLink" in this regard shall be final and not open to challenge by "The Employee".

Pros

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
