CEO is a penny pincher. there is no project managers in the company and no proper processes is followed. The CEO keeps saying that this is a CMM level 3 company. not even simple HR processes is followed! the management is a bunch of lies.

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
